    Stay and Play is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Do you accept childcare vouchers?

    Yes, absolutely! At Stay and Play, we understand the importance of providing flexible payment options for our families. We gladly accept childcare vouchers from various sources, including:


    Childcare Grant (University/College Student Grant)

    30 Hours Free Government Voucher

    50 Hours Free Government Voucher

  • Do you offer singling discount at Stay and Play?

    We are pleased to offer a sibling discount of 5% to families with more than one child enrolled in our nursery.

  • Why do Stay and Play charge a registration fee?

    At Stay and Play, the registration fee is a one-time charge that helps cover administrative costs associated with enrolling your child. This fee allows us to process your child's application, secure their place in our nursery, and prepare essential paperwork.

  • Is the registration fee refundable?

    The registration fee at Stay and Play is non-refundable. The fee is a one-time charge to cover administrative costs and secure your child's place in our nursery. Once the registration process is complete, this fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Can we pay for childcare by the hour?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer hourly payment options for childcare. Our fees are structured based on half-day and full-day sessions to ensure a consistent and enriching experience for every child in our care.

  • Do I have to pay for a full day if I want my child to attend a shorter day?

    At Stay and Play, our sessions are designed to provide flexibility for families while ensuring the best possible experience for your child. We offer morning sessions from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and afternoon sessions from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.


    If you choose a session that falls within the hours of our morning and afternoon sessions, it is classified as a full-day booking. 

  • Do I have to pay two registration fees for twins/two children?

    For twins or two children enrolling at Stay and Play, a separate registration fee is applicable for each child. The registration fee helps cover administrative costs and secure each child's place in our nursery, ensuring that we can provide personalized care and attention to every little one in our care.

  • Do you charge fees if my child is ill or on holiday?

    At Stay and Play, our fees are charged even if your child is ill or on holiday. Our dedicated team of educators and staff are committed to maintaining a consistent and enriching learning environment for all children in our care, regardless of their attendance.

  • Do you charge fees when it is a bank holiday?

    At Stay and Play Nursery, fees are charged even on bank holidays.

  • Do you offer funding at Stay and Play?

    We are pleased to offer funding for 3-4-year-olds, providing eligible children with 15 to 30 hours of free childcare entitlement per week. The funding scheme is designed to support families and enable children to access high-quality early education opportunities.
